My background and experience blends the analytical and the intuitive: I’m currently completing a Master’s in the Psychology of Coaching at the University of Leicester, where I’m exploring the evidence-based frameworks that underpin meaningful personal and professional development to deepen my understanding around the processes that guide successful motivation.
I support individuals in unlocking insight and agency in their personal and professional lives, and I help teams strengthen relationships and navigate complexity with confidence. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and tailored — whether we’re working one-on-one, facilitating strategy for an organization, or developing training that sticks.
A significant part of my experience involves supporting teams and organizations through periods of change, uncertainty, and transformation. I’ve helped leaders and their teams re-frame resistance, reconnect with shared purpose, and develop the skills needed to adapt in evolving environments. Whether through structured strategy facilitation, targeted training, or team coaching sessions, I focus on building trust, improving communication, and fostering resilience during transitional times.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when people feel seen, heard, and capable, they do incredible things.
I’ve trained with some of the leading names in communication and coaching, including RADA Business (Impact & Influencing) and Orchard Training’s Coaching for Success program. These experiences have shaped how I approach coaching and working with individuals and teams: with clarity, curiosity, and a deep respect for the unique strengths and stories each person brings to the table.
